Viewing synchronization status
The synchronization status of the repository depends on two factors:
- The Publisher update job scheduled task (if configured). The status of the task indicates when the task was last run and its result. It does not indicate the status of the Publisher import and export processes that are started by the task.
- The status of the Publisher export and import processes. The status of the processes indicates whether the Publisher was able to connect successfully to the source vault and destination database.
The status of each factor is viewed separately.
To view the status of the Publisher update job scheduled task:
- In Windows Task Scheduler, select Task Scheduler Library in the left pane. The status of all scheduled tasks appears in the right pane.
- View the Status, Last Run Time, and Last Run Result properties of the Publisher update task. By default, the task is named Update Data Library.
- If the task failed, review the Security options settings on the General page of the task's properties.
To view the status of the Publisher processes:
- In , select the BlueCielo Publisher 2012 branch in the configuration tree. The existing Publisher jobs are listed in the right pane.
